Additional Information I study sustainable and digital market transformations. Markets are complex social systems and comprise multiple actors, including consumers, marketers and regulators. I focus on digital advancements and/or consumer movements in their capacity to demand and bring change in markets. My findings offer insights into the creation of new business models, strong customer experiences and brand management/marketing in the digital age.
